To buy a season pass or not ? Glencoe are honest about the risk you could be taking.... but there are advantages to season passes..........you might go out for even an hour on a day that you wouldn't want to pay for a full day.

Season passes for Glencoe go on sale The 3rd of November The day after the summer season finishes… Early bird prices will be available until Either They open for skiing Or Twenty third of December Whichever comes first !
They are being very open and honest with their answer To the question…. Should I buy a season pass………
In Glencoe this is equivalent to Nine days skiing to break even. In Val it is usually about three weeks.
The Glencoe-Gurus say Only buy a season pass if you already have the money And are in for the long haul……
So buy one year after year…….. As they have four types of seasons Good AMAZING Bad And DREADFUL…. Occurring in two to three year cycles…..
The ADVANTAGES of a season pass…… Which is the same anywhere……
Less brain power each day……….
Is it WORTH skiing today……..
If weather bad Or conditions iffy you can stop after an hour or half a day…….. with your spirit and knees intact without feeling you have ‘wasted’ a day’s pass
I have never skied in Glencoe However In Val Often on the days that you look out the window And think Noooooo Not today……… Once you get out at the top You can have a magical ski day….
NOT ALWAYS Sometimes it is out of the Olympic Once down and home
And even Out of Funival Down the Olympic And home on the bus !
We all know those days….
|
As the nights are drawing in And the Snow Show Is this weekend… Maybe you are wishing you had booked For a ski-Christmas………..
Could have the thing for you….
They have a late cancellation For the Aspen House chalet….
Fully catered Sleeps up to six…
You know you want it ! Snap it up !! |
The gendarmes were busy in Grenoble Early Yesterday morning
More than four hundred police people CRS Customs And border police
Eleven kilos of cannabis resin Ten thousand euros Guns and bullets Along with some Cocaine MDMA
Suspect a few will be heading to jail…
