Val d’Isère’s Olympic champion Clément Noël Will be there though Waving and cheering from the side As he is concentrating on the slalom In Levi, Finland 15th November
34 year old Alexis Pinturault Born down the road in Moutiers, Should be there….
Remember he broke a tibial plateau In January And an ACL the season before…..
Despite that He is still on track For his fourth winter Olympics

Mikela Shriffen’s fiancée Norwegian skier Alesander Aaamodt Kilde….
He hasn’t raced since his horrific crash In January 2024 When he damage a calf and shoulder. then Recovery complicated by life threatening sepsis….
Recently he was back on snow. Happily declaring I haven’t forgotten how to ski…… Before adding, unnecessarily
And that is a good thing !! |

Meanwhile his fiancée Mikela Has dropped downhill and Super G After suffering PTSD And is concentrating On slalom A third gold Olympic medal would be NICE !!

While on racing The GB Alpine Championships will be in Santa Caterina in Italy again From twenty third of March.

Without Planning permission….
He has just been fined forty five thousand euros…..
But he was lucky… The locals were hoping he would be forced To demolish the building Which Apparently No longer resembles something two hundred year old

His contract FORBADE Skiing Which made me laugh Considering how violent rugby looks !

She went up in the air on her twenty sixth birthday And came down with a bang……
Her fractured lumbar spine was operated on last Friday….
Let’s hope she makes a full recovery And can fly the tricolour In our home Olympics In 2030

World Records…….. I told you that German Oliver Kern Was going to attempt to beat The indoor skiing vertical metres Well He managed that …..covering More than twenty thousand three hundred in Twenty four hours
Why stop at one World Record ? Within the first hour By finishing twenty four laps He got another world record by skiing nine hundred and ten metres
So that is a total of 9 world records for Oliver……. So far…….
